• Quality of the property. Reviewers mention soundproofing, tinted windows, comfortable beds, modern technology and a fully equipped apartment for four.
• Sauna and loungers. A December 2025 guest praised the wellness area with a Finnish sauna and loungers.
• Quiet. Guests describe the location as quiet and private.

The worst thing guests say

Billing and misleading size are the main complaints, mostly from 2024 and 2025. Two guests in 2024 said their invoice was wrong and not corrected, another in May 2024 said extras were paid only in cash, and in July 2025 a guest said the room was far smaller than described. A 2026 guest also left a 1-star review of a late-night booking. Among recent 2026 reviews, most are 5 stars.

Insider tips

• The walk to the old town is about 15 to 30 minutes, or 5 to 8 minutes by bike or e-scooter.
• Garage parking was EUR 20 a night in 2024, and larger cars may find it tight.
• Check the spa opening hours before you book.
