Why they come back
"I travel to Bolzano for work a couple of days a month, and I repeat, as in my previous review, if there were an extra star, I would give it nice rooms. Quiet place, very friendly and helpful staff."
The worst thing guests say
Location and noise are the main complaints. At least five guests, in 2023, 2024 and 2025, mentioned the industrial area, with trucks parking nearby that made one 2023 stay noisy and a July 2025 stay very noisy at night. A July 2025 guest also said there is no reception after 19:00. Others noted small rooms and no refrigerator.
Insider tips
- Ask for a room away from the truck parking area.
- Check reception hours if you arrive in the evening.
- There is no refrigerator in the rooms.
