The worst thing guests say

Billing and service are the main complaints, all older. In January 2026 a junior suite guest was unhappy with service and a final bill of EUR 709. Between 2021 and 2024 guests raised construction noise over the courtyard rooms, a reservation rate 20% higher than a later one, and a dispute over a dinner payment. Of 14 recent stayer reviews, none mention these problems, though one guest in September 2026 got many mosquito bites in the courtyard.
