Air conditioning and temperature come up most. In September 2026 a guest said air conditioning is turned off at midnight and the rooms became very hot, another said it was too cold in the rooms and common areas, and an August 2026 guest could not control the room temperature. Similar reports go back to 2023. Bar service was criticized in 2023, November 2025 and February 2026, and an October 2025 guest said music from a bar below shook the windows.
