• Rooms and design. Guests describe stylish, renovated rooms with dark wood, spacious bathrooms and good air conditioning during a heat wave.

The most serious complaints are about what was promised. In July 2026 a guest said there is no parking lot despite the website, and in October 2026 a guest was told the hotel was fully booked and took a suite for 1,692 riyals. In August 2026 a suite booker found a first-floor room facing the courtyard with a neighbor two meters away. Two guests in May 2026 and July 2026 described reception as cold or arrogant.
