Unìco Boutique Hotel d'Arte

A boutique hotel with an art gallery, an infinity pool, a hot tub and sea views in Mondello, a short walk from the beach.

Why people love it

• Pool and views. Guests mention the infinity pool, sea views, sunbeds and parasols, and one says you can always find a free lounger.
• The staff. Monica is named for the welcome in an April 2026 review. Other guests describe the staff as friendly and helpful, and a 2025 guest said they felt like part of the family.
• Breakfast. Guests describe the breakfast as excellent, and one says it changes every morning.
• Rooms and art. Guests describe bright, refined, clean rooms, some with a jacuzzi and balcony, and art displays throughout the hotel.

The worst thing guests say

Two guests in April 2025 raised food allergies. One ordered coffee with oat milk because of a dairy allergy and the rest of the review is cut off. The other wrote that staff were inconsiderate about a partner's allergies after repeated requests. Air conditioning failed in July 2024 (a compressor problem, text cut off) and in September 2025, when a guest paying about $500 for a room at 30 degrees Celsius was offered a move to another hotel as the only option. The newest low rating is a 1-star review from May 2026 that says the hotel does not care about its customers, with no specifics visible.
