The worst thing guests say

Billing disputes recur. In November 2025 a guest said the hotel asked for a second payment after Marriott had confirmed the booking, an August 2024 guest reported charges of EUR 51 and EUR 320 after checkout, and a 2021 guest said they were overcharged. In July and August 2026 two guests reported an air conditioning failure with a flooded bathroom, and ignored requests for feather-free bedding. Three guests in 2026 also mention night noise or a rough neighborhood.
