• The courtyard. Guests say the hotel is tucked back from the street and they did not hear street noise. One guest said they felt safe there.
• Design and details. Guests mention the library, the bathroom tiling, Aesop amenities and a Dyson hair dryer.
• Loft suites. The suites have two levels, which one guest called a perfect layout.

That guest described a cold welcome, a lounge and bar on level -1, a gym that did not exist and constant noise. Two guests say the suite has little space to sit apart from the bed (August 2026, and a 2023 review of the loft rooms). A February 2026 guest noted reception is not staffed 24 hours. A 2022 guest was offered a choice of paying double or cancelling when an event moved to their dates.
