The worst thing guests say

Service and billing complaints recur. In October 2026 a guest arrived to a cancelled reservation after the hotel said prepayment was missing. Guests in September 2025, January 2025 and 2023 reported charges they did not expect, including an extra amount taken and an Expedia pay-later booking charged in full. At least six guests from 2024 to 2026 called reception or luggage staff rude. Others in September and October 2026 said carpets were dirty, rooms needed renovation and cleaning crews were loud.
