The worst thing guests say

Several guests dispute the five-star rating. Two October 2025 guests said the building is outdated and worn with small rooms. Earlier guests in 2021 to 2024 reported tiny, dusty rooms, thin walls, a junior suite that was not as advertised, and air conditioning or hot water not working. Several guests also complained about drink prices, including EUR 30 for a soft drink and EUR 5 for a coffee.
