Deposits and billing recur. Since March 2025 about six guests said they were charged an extra EUR 100 to 200 hold or deposit, or had unexplained deductions, and in September 2026 one guest was still waiting for a EUR 200 refund. In April 2026 a guest reported bed bugs and 16 bites and said the managers gave no compensation. Check-in waits and slow luggage service are reported from 2025 to 2026.
