Billing and listing complaints recur. In May 2026 a guest reported an unexplained EUR 630 charge without an invoice and no reply to complaints. In December 2025 a family arrived on December 23rd to find the restaurant closed until January 6th. Two September 2024 guests said the hotel looked different from its photos, with mosquitoes and air conditioning problems. In June 2023 a guest described cleaning staff stealing money and jewelry.
