The worst thing guests say

Reception is staffed only from 8am to 8pm, which guests raised in August and October 2026 and in reviews from December 2024 and May 2025. After 8pm you use your room key to open the compound gate and hotel gate. In 24 reviews with text since April 2026, the lowest rating is 3 stars. An April 2026 guest warned that the bathroom door lock could be dangerous. A September 2025 guest reported mildew smell and a bathtub that did not drain.
