The worst thing guests say

Check-in and access problems recur. In July 2025 a guest spent two hours outside because the code would not open the door. In June 2026 a guest was stuck outside and waited 90 minutes for a WhatsApp reply. A July 2026 guest says the system only works if you have the Numa and WhatsApp apps and a PIN. Other reports include a loud air conditioner (July 2025) and a connecting door (July 2025), plus cancellations and billing complaints from 2022 to 2025.
