The worst thing guests say

Billing and refund disputes recur. Guests in October 2025, January 2026 and February 2026 said the hotel would not refund a deposit or a booking cancelled with notice, and a February 2024 guest said all the money was taken for a three-night booking after a half-hour stay. In October 2025 a guest said a bag was left behind and the hotel refused to release it. Other reports include a door that would not lock in April 2025, mold in May 2024, and renovation noise in April 2026. One guest in September 2026 reported discrimination over a hijab.
