Hotel NH Collection Milano Touring

A four-star NH Collection hotel in Milan with a restaurant, a bar, a fitness room, meeting space and a renovated lobby and rooms.

Why people love it

• Food and beverage team. Sherif, Fabio, Enrico and Irma, the breakfast hostess, are thanked by name in October 2026 reviews for friendly service at breakfast, the bar and the restaurant.
• Breakfast. Guests describe a wide, international spread that includes healthy options, and a quiet courtyard-side room.
• Front desk. Michela, Alessandro and Giacomo are named for being available and helpful.
• Renovation. One returning guest said the hotel has been completely renovated for the better, in the rooms, bar and dinner.

The worst thing guests say

Billing and check-in disputes recur. Since June 2025 about six guests described deposits, extra charges, a forced breakfast package, a refused national ID card, or a refund still unpaid after a cancelled flight. Other reports include cockroaches and a faulty air conditioner in March 2026, and in August 2025 a guest who said someone entered their room despite a do-not-disturb sign. Several guests said check-in took 15 to 50 minutes.

Insider tips

• Bring a passport, since one guest was refused a national ID card.
• Ask what the deposit covers and keep your receipts.
• Parking is limited, so book a space in advance.
