The worst thing guests say

Of 27 stayer reviews with text since January 2026, the lowest is 2 stars, from March 2026: the guest said the temperature control did not work, the memory foam bedding was hot, and opening the window let in street noise, so they left after a week. In August 2026 a 3-star guest noted a garlic and sulfur smell in their room. Reception staff are criticized in January 2026 and in a July 2025 review. Three guests from 2024 and 2025 disputed refunds after cancelling or after illness.

Insider tips

• Read the cancellation terms before booking. Three guests disputed refunds.
• Light sleeper? Ask for a room away from the main street.
• The metro station is around the corner, and walking to the Duomo takes about 15 minutes.
