• The front desk team. Guests name Silvia, Gianluca, Andrea and Pietro, and describe a warm welcome and attentive service.

Recurring complaints from overnight guests are about air conditioning, noise and service. A February 2026 guest said the air conditioning had to be switched on through reception and did not work at night. In July 2026 a guest found the welcome cold, the pool cold and the bathroom floor in poor shape. In August 2025 a guest said a broken pipe left the hotel without water on arrival.
