The worst thing guests say

Guests have raised billing and booking problems. A guest in July 2026 said their booking was cancelled at the last minute after an offer. In April 2026 another said two spa vouchers had not been honored. In March 2025 a guest reported a data breach, with scam messages quoting their booking details. Insider tips

• Book the spa and confirm its hours ahead, since the sauna belongs to the spa.
• Check your booking confirmation directly with the hotel.
