The worst thing guests say
Reviews from 2019 to 2022 reported damp or smelly rooms, a broken shower, a toilet that did not flush, little heating, noise through the walls and a card charged after a guest left. In March 2026 a guest said they were given a different room than the one they booked. Reviews since October 2025 are otherwise mostly 5 stars.
Insider tips
- Book parking ahead, since driving there is difficult.
- There is no elevator, so tell the manager if you arrive late with luggage.
- Check which room you are getting if you booked a particular one.
