The worst thing guests say

Breakfast does not match the listing: in 2025 and 2026, several guests said it is only three items at the connected bar, such as a pastry and coffee. Staff rudeness at the bar and breakfast was raised by several guests in August 2025. A cockroach was found in a room in August 2026, and a 2023 guest reported insects. There is no 24-hour reception, and one guest in May 2026 found the room not clean.
