Air conditioning failing or running too warm is the most repeated complaint: five guests (2023, 2024, April and May 2025, August 2026) reported rooms at 25 to 27°C. Serious issues include bedbugs in room 501 in September 2025, and a hair-on-sheets report in 2019. Guests in 2025 and 2026 also complained about outdated rooms, rude staff, and parking, since the hotel has none of its own.
