In 1,321 Google reviews, the lowest are mostly 1-star reviews from 2017 to 2025 about dated, small rooms. In September and October 2025, two guests described stains, dirty walls and poor cleanliness. In 2024 a guest was billed €3 a day for beach towels, and in 2025 and 2026 guests complained about refused cancellations and an unused covid voucher. In September 2026 a guest who uses a wheelchair found both entrances difficult.
