Why people love it

• The location. Guests describe the hotel as inside the Juliet's House courtyard, and one says they had a key to the gate and could come and go anytime.

In the 14 stayer reviews since January 2026, the lowest rating is 2 stars, from March 2026: the guest said the property is advertised as five stars but lacked basic amenities and no one helped with luggage. Three reviews between September and November 2025 (3, 2 and 2 stars) describe difficult check-in, crowds at the courtyard entrance for Juliet's statue, and a stay that fell short of what the hotel advertises. In December 2024 a 1-star guest called the bathroom old and worn and said street noises, including visitors to Juliet's balcony, reached the room.
