Air conditioning is the most recent repeated complaint. A 1-star in July 2026 reported loud AC, hard beds and no WiFi, and a 1-star in June 2026 said the room reached only 78F and the hotel offered a fan. In April 2026 a guest reported a burglary in their room (the rest, about the manager's response, is cut off), and in March 2026 a guest was asked to pay for champagne they said they did not consume. Among 11 stayer reviews since June 2026, two are 1 star. Visitors to the terrace complained about prices in 2023, including €15 for a spritz and €18 for a mojito.
