The worst thing guests say

Among overnight guests, three complaints in about 15 months: a cold, dismissive welcome (May 2026), a room and facilities that fell short of five stars (September 2025), and a family who said the hotel is unfriendly to children (July 2025). Most of the other low ratings, from 2016 to 2025, are from visitors to the bar and restaurant about rude waiters, prices and dress code, plus one report of food poisoning from the restaurant in January 2022.
