Only one stayer complaint appears since 2022: in August 2025 a guest rated their stay 2 stars, describing poor service from the moment they arrived. A 2021 reviewer disputed a COVID cancellation, and one 2019 review with no detail said service was bad. Across about 25 reviews since December 2025, we found no complaint.
