The worst thing guests say

Staff attitude. At least five guests since February 2026 describe rude, dismissive or unfriendly staff, mostly at the front desk and concierge, and one September 2026 guest said some staff were not welcoming. Other stayer complaints: very hard beds (August 2026), a private party with live music until midnight (April 2026), no complimentary water in the room (July 2026), and air conditioning that staff would not turn on, plus loud room noise (October 2025). Several older 1-star reviews are from restaurant and bar visitors who were refused service or felt rushed.
