Two September 2026 guests rated 3 stars, one for a room reached by a steep climb outside the hotel that overlooked a courtyard, and one for a rude response to a room change request. None of the 16 stayer reviews with text from June to October 2026 mention smells, mold or insects. Reviews from 2023 and 2024 describe rooms without working air conditioning, and a July 2026 guest reported noise from external AC units.
