Why people love it

• Staff. Guests name Jabed in the restaurant, Federica at the spa, Fatima at the front desk and Daniele at the valet.
• Pool and bar. Guests praise the pool bar, the pool and the lake views.

The worst thing guests say

Since April 2026, many guests have posted 1-star reviews. One in June 2026 said $5,000 of jewelry was taken from their bags. Others report rooms not ready at check-in (July 2026), a series of operational failures with three rooms near EUR 2,000 a night (August 2026), connection problems and unhelpful reception, and bar service issues. Newer reviews in September and October 2026 are mostly 5 stars, and guests say the hotel is still working out operations.
