The worst thing guests say

A June 2024 guest reported severe black mold and called it unhealthy to stay in at $400 a night. No other mold complaint appears in the reviews we read. Other guests mention the walk or hike down to Varenna, slippery paths in rain, and needing to ring a gate to reach the lobby and parking. A 2020 reviewer said the price was too high.
