The worst thing guests say

Newest Google reviews average 3.77, lower than the 4.4 lifetime rating. Two guests in May 2025 said room photos were misleading, one calling room 31 an old motel room at about €500 a night with hot water that lasted 12 seconds. Another said overall room quality was poor. In September 2025 a guest said they were refused a change after a COVID illness. Most 1-star reviews in 2025 and 2026 are from restaurant visitors, who describe high prices, salty food, and a bill that included about €110 of unordered prosecco.
