Hotel NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina

A four-star hotel in a renovated historic building in central Turin, with a restaurant, courtyard, rooftop terraces and a garage.

Why people love it

• Breakfast. Guests call it one of the best, with sweet and savory options. Mohamed is named for his service.
• Central, near the river. Guests say the hotel is steps from restaurants and bars and close to the Po River and the airport bus.
• Courtyard and rooms. One guest described a charming inner courtyard and a room overlooking the main square that was well soundproofed. Another had a mezzanine suite with a view of the Mole Antonelliana.
• Staff. Several 2026 reviews call staff kind and professional, and one guest was offered a room upgrade.

Why they come back

"It will be my regular when I am back in Turin."

The worst thing guests say

In October 2026 a guest said the hotel cancelled a booking at the last minute. In August 2026 a guest said the photos do not match the rooms, there is a bad smell and staff are slow. In September 2026 two guests complained about parking, and in August 2025 one guest said the promised parking was full. Wifi and condescending service were also mentioned in 2026.

Insider tips

• Book parking in advance. Guests in 2025 and 2026 say it is limited and the garage is tight for vans.
• Ask what the room looks like before you pay for a suite. A 2026 reviewer called the presidential suite poor value.
• Rooms are described as dated but clean by one guest.
