Hilton Turin Centre
A five-star Hilton in central Turin that opened about a year ago, with a restaurant, a bar and a breakfast buffet, three minutes' walk from Via Roma.
Why people love it
- Breakfast. Several recent guests call the breakfast top-notch or perfect, and others mention being looked after well at the breakfast service.
- The staff. Guests name Savio, Natalia and Alexandre, and one couple celebrating a birthday said the team helped them surprise a friend with a bottle of local spumante.
- Rooms. Guests describe large, clean rooms with a huge bed. A Diamond member was upgraded to a King Executive one-bedroom.
- Dogs and location. One guest traveled with dogs and thanked the staff for how they were treated. Via Roma is a three-minute walk.
The worst thing guests say
Recent guests raise service and room problems. In September 2026 one guest said two rooms shared a single corridor with self-closing doors, and another said room wifi ran at only 10 Mbps. Between mid-2025 and 2026, about five reviews called staff rude, unhelpful or not up to five-star level, and two said the breakfast was poor or limited. Three reviews from 2025 said the hotel was still being finished, including the spa. Parking was criticized in three reviews, at 50 euros per night or with a 20-minute wait for valet.
