Rooms differing from what was booked. Two guests in January 2026 said they were given a different room from the one they reserved, one while celebrating New Year. In August 2026 one guest found dust and another said the room was not clean and the air conditioning was very loud. Dated rooms and a weak breakfast came up in April and July 2025.
