In September 2025 a guest said they never received a replacement voucher promised for an unused stay, and in May 2025 a guest found no internet in a small room and unclean outdoor furniture. Older low ratings from 2018 to 2022 mention service, rooms not matching photos and poor dinner. An October 2026 guest noted the dinner menu is available only three evenings.
