The worst thing guests say

There is no staffed reception. In May 2026 three guests reported problems with this. One, locked out late at night with small children after leaving a key card inside, said nobody could be reached. Another could not reach anyone late at night for an urgent matter. A third was confused about where to park. In August 2025 a guest also gave 2 stars with drawbacks, and an older review mentioned traffic noise.
