Why people love it

• The breakfast. It is the most mentioned thing in recent reviews. Guests describe a very large buffet with sweet and savoury homemade items and an omelette made to order. A local from Florence called it exceptional.
• The staff. Roberto at reception is named for helping a guest with a rental car problem. Others mention the reception and restaurant teams as friendly and welcoming.
• The aperitivo and cocktail bar. In October 2026 a guest described a questionnaire-based drink made to suit your personality. Others call the bar and restaurant excellent.
• Rooms and grounds. Guests say the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with good mattresses. The garden and pool are spacious, and the car park has a barrier.

The worst thing guests say

Among the reviews checked, complaints are small. A September 2026 guest said it did not feel like a four-star hotel because there is no porter and check-out is strict at 11 am, and the room was simple. A 2025 guest was upset that their room was cleaned during breakfast because the luggage had gone. Another in 2025 said there was no iron and that the centre is a 15-minute walk. Older one-star reviews from 2020 and 2022 have little detail.
