The most serious item is from November 2025, when a guest said staff entered their room while they were out and opened their bags. Air conditioning is the most repeated issue: a guest in October 2025 said it is controlled from reception, and another in August 2025 said it did not work despite repeated calls. Three guests in 2024 to 2026 describe a cold or unwelcoming reception. In May 2026 a guest reported dirty towels and hair on the bed. A guest also reported stolen items in 2023.
