The worst thing guests say

Room quality is the most repeated issue. In July 2024 one guest found black mold spots in the bathroom and a damp smell in the room despite the air conditioning. In July 2025 a guest said the air conditioning did not work during a 5-day stay. In October 2026 a guest found a very small room and shower. In May 2026 one guest called reception staff horrendous over a late checkout fee.
