The worst thing guests say
A June 2026 guest said the only drawback was poorly functioning air conditioning, and a 2018 guest said it cooled only to a mild temperature. Other complaints are that it is about 20 minutes on foot to the centre of Riva and 1.5 km from the lake. No serious issues appear in the 2025 to 2026 reviews checked.
Insider tips
- Use the bike path to reach Riva in about 20 minutes on foot or less by bike.
- A free bus and easy parking are mentioned by a June 2026 guest.
- Ask about the air conditioning in summer.
Who it's for: cyclists, motorcyclists and families who want a quiet base with a pool.
Skip it if you want to be on the lake or have strong air conditioning.
