Three one-star reviews from July to October 2026 describe rooms that did not match the booking: a garden view instead of the lake view advertised, a suite below a service room with cleaning carts from 7 am, and an attic room with no working lights followed by a room where the power kept cutting out. Another guest in October 2026 said the free parking is a ten-minute walk away in a shopping centre garage. Older one-star reviews from 2020 to 2024 mention noise from the annex apartments, slow restaurant service and billing disputes at checkout.
