The worst thing guests say

Several one-star guests since 2024 say the room was smaller or different from the website: a standard room facing the restaurant terrace in September 2024, and rooms described as small in April 2026. Parking is the other repeated issue, with guests in April 2026 and October 2026 saying it is short or a matter of luck unless you rent a garage. In August 2025 a guest left after one night. A January 2026 guest said the spa nude area is separated from the pool area by a transparent door. A January 2024 guest found no soap and said the room was not cleaned until 13:30.
