Dated rooms and thin walls are the most repeated complaint. Between 2023 and 2024, four guests called the rooms outdated, with air conditioning that stopped working, no kettle and few outlets. Two guests in June 2024 and June 2025 said you can hear neighbors clearly. Two guests in August 2025 gave 2 stars over an incident on their last day, and a June 2026 guest gave 1 star over a dispute about a non-refundable booking. One 2023 guest described poor handling of a medical emergency.
