The worst thing guests say
Many guests report problems with the property and with billing. In 2024 two guests described a leaking apartment ceiling, and one said their daughter fell. In August 2026 a guest said breakfast was paid for and then charged again, and a June 2025 guest said the hotel refused to reschedule a booking for a sick traveler. Others in 2025 and 2026 reported a foul odor, an undisclosed construction site, no coffee machine, wind noise through old windows, and rude front desk staff. In 2023 a guest reported a power outage of over three hours.
