The worst thing guests say

Noise and value are the main complaints. A March 2025 guest and another in 2025 found sound proofing weak between bathrooms and rooms. In June 2025 one guest found the pool overrun by unsupervised children and the rooms small. An August 2026 guest said the pool could use modernizing, and another felt the amenities did not justify the price. A March 2025 guest was given a room with an unrenovated bathroom.
