In December 2024 a guest who booked through the hotel's own website was told on arrival that no room was available. A July 2022 guest gave 3 stars despite praising the apartment and staff, with a complaint that is cut off in the text we have. No similar complaint appears in other reviews. Most reviews since 2022 are 5 stars.
