Why people love it

• Large rooms. Guests describe huge rooms and suites, one with its own atrium garden and another with a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The fridge is stocked with drinks and snacks.

The worst thing guests say

The most serious complaint is smell. One guest in February 2026 wrote that the whole hotel smelled of drains and that the receptionist said this lasts all winter and part of spring. Two guests in August 2026 complained about the night shift, one saying the receptionist could not handle requests. Two guests in 2019 reported an electronic hum in the rooms, and a guest in 2021 said the hotel cancelled a reservation three weeks before arrival.
