The worst thing guests say

Staff attitude and breakfast. Two guests in October 2025 described very rude staff. In August 2026 a family reported spoiled juice and milk at breakfast, and a June 2026 guest said breakfast was poor with the smallest shower they had seen. A 2021 guest said a pre-authorization was actually charged and not refunded after three weeks. One 2025 one-star reviewer did not stay.
