In September 2026 one prospective guest cancelled plans after an unfriendly phone call. In July 2024 a guest raised issues in person with the manager Lisa, and in July 2023 another found a worn mattress and food that did not meet expectations. No such complaints appear in the 2026 stayer reviews.
